Richard Daniel Sauveur (born November 23, 1963 in Arlington, Virginia) is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher. He played during six seasons at the major league level for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Montreal Expos, New York Mets, Kansas City Royals, Chicago White Sox, and Oakland Athletics. He was drafted by the Pirates in the 5th round of the secondary phase of the amateur draft. Sauveur played his first professional season with their Class A (Short Season) Watertown Pirates in , and his last with Oakland and their Triple-A Sacramento River Cats in . Sauveur currently serves as pitching coach for the Pawtucket Red Sox. Richard Daniel Sauveur is currently the pitching coach of Aguilas Cibaeñas in the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League which is one of the best and tough Baseball league in Latin America. He resides in Buford, Ga during the offseason with his wife Argentina, and his 4 sons Tristan, Jacob, JJ and Josh. ==External links==
